Can’t have a better buying experience thanks to Jean Walsh!
We began our search for a Florida home in the Tampa/Sarasota region approximately 18 months ago and met with several local real estate agents until will we finally met Jean. She was extremely patient with us as we described the type of home and area we had in mind. She was very knowledgeable of the areas, the market, housing inventory and after taking everything into consideration, we were able narrowed down our search to a couple of homes. Jean was very honest and sincere with the pros and cons of each. All the information she provided eased in our decision making. I’m happy to say we pulled the trigger and are in the middle having a new home built. A new construction home presents so many decisions and we are so fortunate to have Jean helping us along the way. Jean has an incredible vision for layouts and for pointing out upgrades that would be beneficial and others that really weren’t worth the added expense. When we have a question or request, Jean is always there for us in every aspect. She has made the process easy and gone above and beyond what we expected. She periodically visits the homesite, provides us with pictures/videos, has represented us during home inspectors, etc. Throughout this process, Jean has been more to us than a real estate agent. She’s become a trusted friend and a person that we can count on to watch over our interests.

If you are looking for a realtor like no other, I highly recommend Jean Walsh!
This is my 4th home purchase and Jean is unlike any realtor I worked with previously. Her goal was simply to ensure that I found the right home for me. I never felt like she was just trying to “make a sale.” Instead, she put me first by taking the time to build a relationship with me, not just as a client, but as a person. Moving here from New Jersey, I was unfamiliar with HOAs, CDDs, homesteading, pest control, hurricane protection, etc. and she took the time to educate me about all those things, patiently answering all my questions. She also provided a thorough overview of all the Lakewood Ranch area has to offer. When I finally found the right home, she guided me through the purchase process. Since the home I was purchasing was unoccupied and owned by a realty company, she was very conscientious about making sure it was well-maintained until closing, stopping over frequently to check on things. She even changed the air filter in the A/C unit when she noticed it was dirty! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention her colleague, Vince Vizzaccaro, who also provided valuable insights during the purchase process. Additionally, Vince developed a new website which was key in helping me find the right home. The website allows neighborhood-level searches, including a map-based search, within Lakewood Ranch. It provides details on each of the neighborhoods, including their amenities, available properties, etc. This website, in my opinion, is much more effective than other realtor sites. (www.suncoastdreams.com) Jean and Vince are down-to-earth, all-round nice people whose only mission is to provide their clients with excellent service. I am so happy to know them both and cannot recommend them enough! (June 2025)
Jean worked in tandem with Vince throughout the entire process of investigating various communities, sending us information, taking pictures of potential building lots, once we purchased a lot documenting the entire building process for us.
Jean and Vince were our eyes and ears on the ground saving us from making multiple trips to Florida. This made the entire process seamless and reduced our stress level having knowledgeable professionals representing us. Jean comes with high praises!
